The primary role of the Manager Internal Audit is to manage all areas of Internal Audit across the Group’s business entities. The role has accountability for providing the Head of Risk & Compliance with an objective view of the Group’s control environment through professional Internal Audit performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Managing the delivery and reporting of Internal Audit program to an exceptional standard.
· Develop policies, procedures and systems to support the Internal Audit program.
· Regularly liaising with management to discuss internal audit programs, upcoming projects, audit findings and recommendations.
· Managing the development of stakeholder reporting, including to Executive management and the Board.
· Advise the Executive of Internal Audit process/progress, control environment and management obligations.

This role requires:
· Professional Qualification in audit, accounting, finance, law or related business discipline.
· Excellent knowledge of Internal Audit standards and control models.
· Excellent knowledge of International Accounting standards.
· Demonstrated experience in Internal Audit management roles.
· Superior interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders.
